Welcome to the DNCL's COVID-19 information hub. COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is impacting all of New Zealand. Here are some key things to know about how the .nz domain name space is responding to this issue.
Our emergency and exceptional power to suspend domain names for fake registration details associated with a force majeure event have been extended until 15 October 2020. More detail about what this means can be found in the letter to InternetNZ Council on the left-hand menu of this page.
During these exceptional times we will also be publishing COVID-19 notices of the domain names that have been validated every Thursday. A list of these notices can also be found on the left hand side menu.
