I have read and considered the proposed changes in policy for .nz Second Level domains. I find the proposed changes to be fair and equitable and that the timing of the introduction of the changes to be appropriate and give reasonable opportunity for clarification and resolution of issues.

I especially applaud the effort to be consistent with .nz's long held equivalence of rights to a domain name, and that all registrants in a contested 2nd level have an equal right to the name. Again this provides a measured and reasonable approach from which it is conceivable that the vast majority of conflicts and disputes will be resolvable without recourse to Court actions.
